Hi! I am Natalie Beanland and I started this blog not only to advocate for better services (life skills, employment, etc.) for people with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs) to improve their quality of life but to share my personal experience having Asperger’s Syndrome (including the difference getting the right support has made for me) while offering advice as well. I also wanted to talk about the important role of health and fitness in the well-being of individuals on the autism spectrum, in addition to the positive impact it has made on my own life.
